Cream Cabinets White Trim. Had thought about repainting walls, at some point, but would most likely stick with an off white, or a different cream. It has a way of making the white stone look brighter and the vein patterns jump off the surface.
This slate has cream in it which is why the cream cabinets look good. The slick combination of black and white looks contemporary and minimal, but the cream color changes the feel completely. The fixed element dictating the trim colour in this house is the dark travertine floors (above).

Thought i would get white cabinets and subway tiles/backsplash in the kitchen. I don’t know if you can see it very well on this kitchen but the cabinets are a vanilla. The key is to strike a balance and stick to whites, off.

It was the enamel paints (those used on trim) that yellowed most. Trim is sw pure white, but the painter only uses benjamin moore. Suppose you don’t buy this.

You could finish out your cabinetry with matching cornices. Cream cabinets, white ceiling crown molding. Imo, cream kitchens look best when all woodwork — cabinets, baseboards, door and window moldings — are painted cream, just as though, once upon a time, they were painted white and yellowed with age.
